I would also like to welcome my new resident chef Jonas Tester, who is a legend here in Arundel, having had almost 40 years of experience in the kitchen in Paris, London, Kent & W Sussex.   Jonas has been given a free rein of the kitchen by the owner Clare Masson, to create casual but dynamic food.  Food that is not necessarily categorized by country or style, it is food that is familiar but inventive, not overpriced, attractive to all ages including children, and most importantly it is memorable.
